Month in Review
What’s new this month on Edible Ink.
3 Ingredient Chili. Made with pantry ingredients and packed with flavor, this simple meal is perfect for busy weeknights. Pair with cornbread, or serve over baked potatoes. Super comforting on cold wintry nights.
21 Recipes for Winter Produce. If the groundhog speaks truth, we’ve got six more weeks to try all these recipes made with winter produce. Some standouts include Sweet Potato and Roasted Pumpkin Curry Soup, Labneh Dip with Caramelized Onions and Fennel and Creamy Lemon Pasta.
Nice Spice
Our current faves in herbs and spices.
The best tea to warm you up. It’s cooold outside. We recommend keeping warm with a cup of Evening Repose tea. It’s elevated chamomile, paired with rose petals, peppermint and lavender.
Of course, this is also the perfect time of year for a good cup of chai. Try a classic chai blend with whole cardamom and black tea in the morning, or a Firefly Chai in the evening for a caffeine-free cup of your favorite chai flavors.
